Founded in Seoul in 2018 by Yeong Min Cho (Thug Min) and Jiyool Kwon, Thug Club is a rapidly rising South Korean high-end streetwear brand rooted in rebel youth culture. The brand was established to embody freedom and authenticity, drawing inspiration from hip-hop culture, motorcycle aesthetics, and the bustling Itaewon neighborhood scene. 

Thug Club’s style is defined by a "rebellious refinement," blending rugged, distressed denim and technical outerwear with luxurious, custom-made metallic hardware (notably the TC logo). Their designs feature oversized silhouettes, apocalyptic biker aesthetics, and Y2K influences, creating a futuristic yet gritty look.

The brand developed quickly after viral success, particularly with their signature "Suck My Dick" boxers in 2021. Initially an underground label, it garnered international attention by catering to Gen Z, leading to collaborations with brands like MCM and Gentle Monster, and the opening of their "TC Castle" flagship in Seoul.

About the Designer

Yeong Min Cho (Thug Min) and Jiyool Kwon are the creative duo behind Thug Club, a trailblazing Seoul-based "luxury streetwear" brand founded in 2018. Originally a personal project from Itaewon's underground scene, Thug Min’s rebellious vision—influenced by hip-hop, biker culture, and medieval aesthetics—was paired with Jiyool Kwon’s design expertise to create a cult-loved brand. Known for "TC" star-moon logos, distressed denim, and metal hardware, they challenged established Korean fashion norms. Their unapologetic, community-driven approach gained global attention, with designs worn by artists like A$AP Rocky and SZA, cementing Thug Club as a leader in modern Korean streetwear.
