Hong Kong Local Delivery

Terms & Conditions - Applicable to Hong Kong Local Delivery

  • Shipping Rates & Payment: Shipping costs for all Hong Kong local deliveries are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Courier Service Provider: All Hong Kong local orders will be delivered via SF Express.

  • Dispatch Schedule: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 calendar days upon payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Under normal circumstances, local delivery via SF Express is expected to take approximately 1–3 business days.

Hong Kong Local Pickup

Terms & Conditions - Applicable to Hong Kong Local Pickup

Customers must collect their items within one month after the "Ready for Pickup" notification has been issued. Otherwise, WEAR43WAY reserves the right to charge a reasonable storage fee, or reserves the final right to cancel the order without any refund.

International Shipping (Including Non-Hong Kong Regions, Mainland China, Taiwan, and Macau)

Terms & Conditions - Applicable to Non-Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, and Macau Regions (International Shipping)

  • Shipping Rates & Payment: All international shipping fees will be charged directly on the purchase order. Rates are calculated based on destination country/region and parcel weight.

  • Courier Service Providers: Orders will be dispatched via Hongkong Post Speedpost, UPS, FedEx, DHL, SF Express, or other international courier services, depending on the delivery destination.

  • Dispatch Schedule: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 calendar days upon payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Under normal circumstances, international delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the selected courier service. This standard excludes the dispatch date and any customs clearance processing times.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: No export duties will be charged from Hong Kong. We strive to help international customers avoid unnecessary extra fees where possible. However, please note that all import duties, taxes, and related customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges; these expenses are solely the buyer’s responsibility. International customers assume all delivery risks, including potential loss or damage occurring at postal services or customs. We recommend international buyers check with their local customs office to verify potential extra charges prior to making a purchase. If a product cannot be legally shipped internationally, we reserve the right to cancel the order with prior notice.

Additional Shipping Terms - Applicable to Both Local and International Shipping

Online Tracking

A tracking number will be updated on your account’s order history page to monitor shipment progress. If paid via PayPal, the tracking number will also be registered on PayPal and sent to the email associated with your PayPal account or the email entered during checkout/account creation. Please verify your email address is correct; otherwise, tracking notifications may not be delivered.

If a parcel is returned to WEAR43WAY due to refusal of receipt, you agree to forfeit the shipment. WEAR43WAY will not issue any refunds for the products or associated shipping costs.

Shipping Insurance

We do not provide shipping insurance for orders by default (covering both local and overseas shipments). Customers bear the risk of potential transit losses. If you require supplementary shipping insurance for your goods, please contact us directly prior to dispatch.
